Fairly clean place with excellent and amicable staff. Excellent location for Chambery, so close to decent bars, shopping area and the motorway junction. Also, close to Chambery airport. Pleasant stay, as always.

Room cleanliness could be better!!! The shower needs an upgrade!!! The noise from adjacent rooms is hard to ignore. The overall decor feels outdated and could use a fresh look!!!

Helpful staff, comfortable room and a good breakfast. Quite a nice hotel really. Ample parking and easy to find with sat nav
Located in an unattractive industrial area. The restaurant was closed and you will need a car to get into Chambery - about 5km. But worth the trip for the good range of options in town

Good for a quick stopover
The staff really went out of their way to, they were genuinely friendly and helpful! The secured parking gave me peace of mind for my car, especially since we were on the road.
It wasn't the cheapest place around but still decent enough.

The manager was extremely welcoming & helpful. Pleasant comfortable room. Some distant mountain views. Good breakfast. Restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Good car-parking
Provision of tea/coffee-making facilities would enhance a stay at this hotel.

Supportive Reception Staff. Clean Rooms but quite small. Good price - value relation.
No international TV channels but think this is a typical habit in France.

The location is ideal for anyone passing through, offering easy access off the main road. While the room provided what was needed for a quick stay, a direct reservation proved to be the most economical choice. Nonetheless, the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive.

Easy to get to with ref to my journey onwards ( on the route), rooms although small were clean and tidy.
No small items of toiletries, soap,shower gel etc, all other hotels I have been in have at least soap. we asked for an iron and were informed that it was broke. 1 iron for the entire hotel thats poor. one towel for a double room again not good.

It was just a good match for a holiday in Chambery with definitely value for money. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Try the local restaurants nearby for a nice meal.

The staff were very kind, the breakfast was good and not too small. The air conditioning was easy to use and very helpful.
The staff spoke English only a little or not at all.
